We strive to collect as little information as possible. The following data is collected:
- No personal data by default. The App does not collect your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information.
- Local game data. Game settings and progress (for example: current score, completed levels, user preferences) are stored locally on your device so you can continue where you left off.
- Advertising data (for free users). For users who have not purchased the Remove Ads upgrade, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS)
- Device information (device type, OS version, carrier)
- Approximate location (country/region level)
- App usage data for ad targeting and measurement
- Analytics data. The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience. This may include:
- App usage patterns and session duration
- In-game events (games played, wins, purchases)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Crash reports and performance data
2. How we use data
- To provide and maintain the App. Local data is used to restore game state and remember preferences.
- To display advertisements (for free users). Advertising data is used to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
- To improve the App. Analytics data helps us understand how users interact with the app, identify bugs, improve performance, and optimize gameplay.
- To process purchases. When you purchase the Remove Ads upgrade, transaction data is processed through Apple's App Store.
- To comply with law. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect legal rights.
3. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob: For users who have not purchased the Remove Ads upgrade, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect and process advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. Data is processed by Google according to Firebase's Privacy Policy.
- Apple: The App may use Apple services (for example, App Store for purchases, Game Center) — these services are governed by Apple's privacy policies.
4. Data retention
Local data (game progress and settings) remains on your device for as long as the App is installed. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the respective third-party service policies (Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics). You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
5. Children
The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
6. Security
We follow standard security practices to protect data stored locally on your device and data transmitted to third-party services. Data shared with Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics is protected by Google's security measures. However, no app can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
- Remove Ads purchase: You can purchase a one-time Remove Ads upgrade to eliminate all advertisements from the App. This also stops AdMob from collecting advertising data for your account.
- Advertising opt-out: You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS Settings → Privacy → Advertising). This does not remove ads but limits how they are targeted.
- Analytics opt-out: You can request to opt out of analytics collection by contacting us at the email below.
- Access / Correction / Deletion: Because the App stores data locally, you can delete the App to remove locally stored game data. For data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics), you can manage your privacy settings through their respective platforms or contact us for assistance.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes (for example, if we add online features, ads, or analytics). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the effective date. If we make significant changes, we will aim to notify users via the App or the App Store listing.
