This Privacy Policy explains how the Solitaire mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.
The App is a premium, ad-free application. We do not display advertisements, offer in-app purchases, or use advertising networks.
1. Information We Collect
We aim to collect and process as little information as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the App.
Information stored locally on your device
The App may store game-related information locally on your device, such as game progress, scores, statistics, settings, preferences, and other information necessary for the App to function.
This information is not intentionally transmitted to us simply because it is stored on your device.
Analytics
The App may use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality, stability, and user experience.
Depending on your device settings, Apple's platform behavior, and the configuration of the App, analytics information may include information such as:
- App launches and sessions
- General interactions with the App
- Game-related events and usage patterns
- App version
- Device type and operating-system version
- Approximate technical information associated with the App
We do not use analytics information to serve advertisements in the App.
Apple services
The App may use Apple-provided services and functionality, including services associated with iCloud, Game Center, notifications, or other Apple platform features, where applicable.
Information processed by Apple services is handled according to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect or request the following information through the App:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- Your physical address
- Your contacts
- Your photos or videos
- Your precise location
- Payment or credit-card information
The App does not contain advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information to advertisers.
3. How We Use Information
Information processed by the App or its service providers may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the App
- To save and restore game progress and preferences
- To provide functionality such as statistics, achievements, or synchronization where applicable
- To understand general App usage
- To identify crashes, bugs, and technical issues
- To improve App performance, stability, and user experience
- To maintain the security and integrity of the App
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These services may process technical or usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Google Firebase Analytics
We may use Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, for anonymous or pseudonymous analytics and usage measurement.
Firebase may automatically process certain technical information associated with use of the App. Google processes such information according to its applicable privacy practices.

Apple Services
Where the App uses Apple services such as iCloud or Game Center, Apple may process information required to provide those services.
Apple's processing of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and applicable terms.
5. Advertising
The App is ad-free.
The App does not use Google AdMob or other advertising networks and does not display advertisements.
We do not use information collected through the App for advertising purposes.
6. In-App Purchases and Payments
The App does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid digital upgrades within the App.
As a result, the App does not directly collect or process payment-card information.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by the App generally remains on your device until it is deleted by the App, removed by you, or the App is uninstalled, subject to Apple's operating-system behavior and any applicable backup or synchronization functionality.
Information processed by third-party services, such as analytics information, may be retained according to the policies and retention practices of those providers.
Because we do not maintain a user account system for the App, we generally cannot associate analytics information with a specific named individual.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required by applicable law.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App and to reduce unnecessary data collection.
However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Choices
You can control certain privacy-related settings through your device and Apple's operating-system controls.
Depending on the features enabled in the App and your device configuration, you may be able to limit or disable certain types of data processing through iOS settings or by disabling optional App functionality.
You may also delete locally stored App information by uninstalling the App, subject to information that may remain in device backups or cloud services operated by Apple.
11. International Data Processing
Some third-party service providers used by the App may process information on servers located outside your country of residence.
Where applicable, such processing is subject to the provider's terms, privacy practices, and applicable data-protection laws.
12. Legal Disclosure
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, valid legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of the App, its users, or others.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when the App's functionality or the services it uses change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to your use of the App.
