This Privacy Policy describes how MySudoku, provided by Nir Barzilay, handles information when you use the MySudoku mobile application.

MySudoku is a premium Sudoku puzzle game. The App does not display advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

The App is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. Some information may nevertheless be processed by the App or by third-party services used to provide optional functionality, analytics, synchronization, or platform services.

If Game Center functionality is enabled and you choose to use it, Apple may process information associated with your Game Center account, achievements, leaderboards, or other Game Center functionality.

Game Center is an Apple service and its processing of information is governed by Apple's applicable privacy practices.

Feedback and Support

If you choose to contact us by email, you voluntarily provide the information contained in your message, including your email address and any information you choose to include.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate issues, and improve the App.

Advertising

MySudoku is completely ad-free.

The App does not use Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, advertising networks, advertising SDKs, or other third-party advertising services.

We do not use information collected through the App to display advertisements or to create advertising profiles.

In-App Purchases and Payments

MySudoku does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid upgrades, or other purchases within the App.

The App therefore does not directly collect or process credit-card, debit-card, or other payment information.

App Tracking

MySudoku does not use advertising or other cross-app tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

The App does not use an advertising identifier for targeted advertising. No advertising consent or App Tracking Transparency permission is required solely for the purpose of using MySudoku.
