This Privacy Policy explains how Quiz: Emoji Puzzle (“the App”) collects, uses,
and shares information when you use the App globally, including within the European Economic Area (EEA).

We do not require users to create accounts or provide personal details like names or emails.
However, we use third-party SDKs to provide essential services, advertising, and analytics.
a. Advertising & Tracking (GDPR & ATT)
- Google AdMob: Uses device identifiers (IDFA) to serve ads and personalize content.
- Consent: For users in the EEA, we use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to obtain explicit consent before any tracking occurs.
- ATT: On iOS, tracking only occurs if you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
b. Analytics & Diagnostics
- Firebase Analytics: Tracks anonymous app interactions (e.g., levels completed, hints used) to improve gameplay and user experience.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and performance data to ensure app stability.
c. In-App Purchases
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or billing information. Apple provides us only with confirmation of the purchase and a transaction ID for digital fulfillment.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users)
If you are in the EEA, we process your information based on:
- Your Consent: For personalized advertising and tracking.
- Legitimate Interests: For analytics and app improvement.
- Contractual Necessity: To fulfill in-app purchases you have made.
3. Data Retention & International Transfers
Information is processed by Google and Apple on servers located in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Apple's privacy framework to ensure data remains protected.
4. Your Rights Under GDPR
- Access & Erasure: You have the right to request a copy of data or the deletion of data (e.g., by resetting your IDFA).
- Withdrawal of Consent: You can update your privacy choices at any time through the in-app settings or your iOS device's Privacy settings.
